1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dellabuy.com and any related services (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Rondilla commerce LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (entity identification number 2026-002036368), doing business as DellaBuy. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rondilla commerce LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products and Descriptions
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, product images are for illustration and actual items may vary slightly in color, finish, or dimension. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Minor variations of this kind are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.
Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment charged. If your order is canceled for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in pricing or availability.
Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
7. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
- Infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the DellaBuy name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Rondilla commerce LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
12. Customer Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm it is accurate and does not violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
14. Product Safety and Proper Use
Our outdoor and garden products are designed for the uses described in their listings. Please read and follow all included instructions and safety information.
Solar-powered products require adequate direct sunlight to charge and perform as intended. Performance varies with placement, season, weather, shading, and geographic location. Reduced runtime in low-light conditions is normal and is not a product defect.
Products intended for outdoor use should be installed securely and, where indicated, brought indoors during severe weather. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the product’s stated purpose.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully waived.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rondilla commerce LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rondilla commerce LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
19. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we resolve nearly every issue directly and quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
