Do not have a tracking number yet? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.
Tracking not updating? Please allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for the carrier to register your parcel. Delivery normally takes 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Still nothing after 10 business days? Email support@dellabuy.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central.
