Which refills does it use?
Standard 1.75 mm PLA refills. Twelve colors come in the box, and you can add an extra 12-color refill pack to your order for $9.99.
How long does delivery take?

$4.95 for a single pen. Orders with 2 or more pens ship free.

Return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send instructions. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it and cover return shipping, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
